Initially I wrote this song around the hook 'Once in a Lifetime Girl'. I got some feedback from publishers and they liked the song but not the hook.That was disappointing and I didn't know what to do. You can change a line - but the hook the whole song is based on?
Some days ago we had Matt in the studio again for 'Hey Girl' and I had the idea to ask him to sing a different hook to the old track. Here is the result.

I think the song is spot on. The chorus has some very visual lyrics and easy to sing along with because they are so memorable. I am no expert when it comes to country songs but I can only go by what I feel and I love this one…certainly a keeper! I wish you success with it Frank…..maybe find a different publisher?
