This is just a general observation of a woman who has done well in her life and wants the fairy tail kind of life but is attracted to the bad boy who is really worlds away from her life and lifestyle.
This is an acoustic work tape.
I am singing and playing guitars.
Hey Walter thanks for taking the time to listen to Worlds Apart and offer some feedback. I honestly thought the structure was pretty clear… Verse/prechorus/chorus/verse/prechorus/chorus/ bridge/chorus
my verse lines a 4 a piece, then pre 2 lines and chorus is 7 lines with bridge 4 lines and also a coda at the end of the song. i hope that helps you understand the structure more, cheers

He was hardly a saint
Just a poet and a dreamer
You were prom queen
And once a cheerleader
Oh can’t you see you are
Worlds apart from being together
His life is hazy, crazy
He’s lookin' for a lover to dance in the moonlight
Be in his world for one night
Your life is plane jane, same same
You’re lookin' for a diamond ring to sparkle in the moonlight
Wear a white dress, be a bride
Oh you're so Worlds Apart
He liked to smoke cigarettes
And place horse bets
You liked afternoon tea
And tennis with the elite
Oh can’t you see you are
Worlds apart from being together
His life is hazy, crazy
He’s lookin' for a lover to dance in the moonlight
Be in his world for one night
Your life is plane jane, same same
You’re lookin' for a diamond ring to sparkle in the moonlight
Wear a white dress, be a bride
Oh you're so Worlds Apart
You could never hold him down
You were the talk of the town
He was the bad boy you dreamed of
But it never was a reality
He's so hazy, crazy
Your life is plane jane, same same
Oh you're Worlds Apart
You're so Worlds Apart
So worlds Apart
His life is hazy, crazy
He’s lookin' for a lover to dance in the moonlight
Be in his world for one night
Your life is plane jane, same same
You’re lookin' for a diamond ring to sparkle in the moonlight
Wear a white dress, be a bride
Oh you're so Worlds Apart
He wants one night, You want for life
You're so Worlds Apart
He wants one night, You want for life
You're so Worlds Apart

Michael, I enjoyed this song. I think you have an excellent hook/title, “Worlds Apart,” which sums up the differences between the man and woman, and you flesh out those differences with concrete details. The repetition of the hook is effective. You might consider changing the title to “So Worlds Apart.”
I had some difficulty understanding the structure. First there are 3 lines for Verse 1. Then 5 lines, which could be the chorus. Then 7 lines which could also be the chorus or could be broken up into Verses 2 and 3. Then there are 4 lines which could be the chorus or could be the bridge.
You might consider the fairly standard structure: Verse 1, Chorus, Verse 2 (same number of lines as Verse 1), Repeat Chorus, Bridge (different number of lines), Repeat Chorus.
