About This Song

I wrote this with a friend of mine and did the demo at home. It’s what I would call a Christian radio song, but not a worship song

I like the sound of this. I don’t know much about Christian radio but this has a nice build up and substantial sound to it. Obviously a positive message.

The line about “we serve a god who’s still on the throne” sounded a touch off to me but I’m not sure why. Maybe it made god sound like he wasn’t accessible.
Maybe god’s with us here on the journey instead of on a throne. Or maybe God’s on the throne, jesus is here? That could just be me. Again not an expert here, especially on christian songs. Nice sound though!!

I love this song. Not a great expert on christian material. But a very positive message . The world needs more of that. It touched me .. mission accomplished

Just curious—why did you not post the lyrics (imho, much easier for listener to feel connected to a song when he can follow along with the lyrics)?

Nice, both musically and lyrically—good (though slightly subdued) production—I’m looking forward to hearing more of your songs!
