A song co-written with a guy named John Denney that I have never met nor talked to. He was an older guy at the time (2001) and I don't even know if he is still alive. If I remember right, we were both members of the NSAI and somehow his lyrics (the verses of this song) were presented and I used the lyrics and added to them with chorus and bridge lyrics along with the music and this became the centerpiece of a musical I co-wrote with another individual for a play called "Time For Glory". It is just a patriotic song in the "God Bless the USA" genre. I produced and performed the song.
Do you like it? I have always thought the best review was if a person liked the song or not. And the best comment is one where the listener says they played the song over and over again.

Thanks Corey… I was not in the military though I believe in a strong defense. The lyricist may have been in the military but he was such an ornery guy I never developed any working relationship to really get to know him! LOL
