This song was processed in 5 different studios. Except the vocals everything is homemade. The vocalist Dave Demay was Star Search Champion in 1989. My son Dennis played the guitar solo at the end. My friend Kai played the keys and did the arrangement.

wrote this song in memoriam of my parents who lived a life like this.
It's a homemade production besides of the vocals and the fiddle which have been overdubbed in Nashville. The singer is Ron Wallace. Me and the computer played all other instruments and I did the mix by myself. The lyric took the second place in the lyric contest of 'American Songwriter'('16/Nov./Dec).

This is my Nashville hymn! It's based on a true experience. I was in Nashville as a tourist and entered a Honky Tonk at lunch time. I was served by a young girl and we had a little chat. Later she entered the stage and sang some of her songs.
The singer on my demo is Brittini Black, one of those demo singers I really don't understand why they are no big stars. She has everything and I'm proud that she sang my song.
