Its a song about living in the light with the people who love you

This song was written after I attended a celebration for an organization called One Eighty that serves the community through addiction recovery, and a million other ways to help people rise out of poverty.

A song about the birth of Christ. My first Christmas song

This is a song about the power of words. I was wrestling with how easy it is to say words with no conviction behind them, empty words. This song is a declaration that my words will not be empty anymore. What I will say is what I mean to say.

Sometimes life pushes hard but deep roots make it possible to stand against incredible forces. This is a song about sending my roots down deep into the God of the universe, who is able to keep me standing no matter what comes.

This song came out of a season of life when I was reminded that, even when my life looks like a war zone, I don't fight alone.
